About Rebuilding Thoughts
Rebuilding Thoughts is a behavioural health platform that provides evidence based self serve practices, guidance, and optional human support. It is not a crisis service, medical service, or mental health treatment provider.
What the Guide does and does not do
The Guide is an interactive companion designed to help you reflect, recognise patterns, and find a next step that may be useful. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace care from a licensed professional.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your region, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Use the platform for your own wellbeing and learning. Do not misuse the service, harass others, share harmful content, or attempt to access data or systems that are not yours.
Human support and sessions
Human support is provided by trained coaches and licensed therapists, booked separately and paid per session. Coaches are trained in Rebuilding Thoughts methods; not all coaches hold independent certification. Therapists are licensed in their respective jurisdictions.
Crisis and emergencies
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. The platform includes a crisis resource directory, but it is not a substitute for emergency care.
Privacy and data
We use managed authentication, HTTPS, and row level security to protect data. Personal data is handled in line with our privacy practices. Members may request access or deletion by contacting the team.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use as the platform evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
